About me
My academic training is in the field of biosciences. I studied Biotechnology and Biochemistry. Aware that I was passionate about teaching, I pursued a Master’s degree in Secondary Education, and for the past 11 years, I have been teaching in Secondary and Baccalaureate education.
Throughout my professional career, I have taught various subjects, including Mathematics, Biology, Geology, Physics, Chemistry, Technology, and Robotics. I have also held administrative positions such as Head of the Science and Mathematics Department and Cycle Coordinator.
I’m passionate about teaching. I’m a strong advocate of pedagogical innovation and active learning methodologies through which the student takes center stage. Additionally, I have a keen interest in technology, particularly its application in education.
For many years, I have been using Google Workspace in my daily work, and I have been recognized by Google as a Google for Education Certified Trainer. That is why the tools you will find on this website have been developed using Google Apps Script and other Google environment tools.
Furthermore, I have conducted and continue to carry out teacher training sessions and give presentations on technology applied to education. I always share my personal experiences, ideas, and tools that I have tried and found effective.
As a hobby, I really enjoy music. I play the guitar and the drums, and I have been part of music bands. I still record and produce some songs, which I usually only share with close circles. 😉
