1. Who we are?
The website www.ramonbatlle.com is owned by Ramon Batlle Pujals, who is solely responsible for the creation and maintenance of this website. This is a personal space with the exclusive aim of disseminating information, without any profit motive.
2. Personal data
This website does not automatically collect personal information from users who visit it. However, some analytical, functional, and technical data are collected to improve the functioning of the website, as well as the data provided by the user through the contact form: Name, surname, email address, or in the blog comments. All these data are specified in the following sections of this document.
3. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymous hash created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
The option to store the name, email address, and website of the comment author through cookies is provided, and the user has the choice to do so, as specified in section 5 of this document.
Each user is solely and exclusively responsible for their opinions and the information they publicly provide.
4. Contact forms
Two forms are available on the website where the user can enter information:
Contact form: Only the user’s name, surname, and email address are requested in order to contact them if necessary. Acceptance of this privacy policy is required in this contact form. The data will be stored only for the duration of the conversation with the user and not for a period exceeding two months.

5. Cookies
The following are the cookies used on this website. As mentioned in section 2, all cookies are of an analytical type or used to improve the functioning of the website. In the case of analytical cookies, Google Analytics is used to collect basic information about website traffic, but steps have been taken to anonymize the IP addresses of the devices used by visitors, so that they are not recorded on Google’s servers in an unequivocally identifiable manner.
